Winard picked up drumming at the age of five and began performing professionally by the age of ten. Over the course of his career, he has risen to prominence as a highly regarded jazz drummer, leading the Harper Brothers Band for years before founding the Winard Harper Sextet. In addition to leading his own bands, he has built an impressive resume as a sideman, working with iconic jazz figures like Dexter Gordon, Betty Carter, Joe Lovano, Pharoah Sanders, Clifford Jordan, Jimmy Heath, and Dr. Billy Taylor.

The doors open at 4:30 PM.  There is a $8 entertainment fee and a $40 minimum for food and drinks per person.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled set time, and reservations are highly encouraged.
