Laurie Vega, originally from Spanish Harlem, graduated from the High School of Music and Art and studied at SUNY/New Paltz. She spent ten years performing in NYC as a singer and drummer in a blues/rock band. After moving to Florida in 1996, she worked with James Dale on her jazz CD and performed with Larry Marshall, Joe Cocker’s former pianist. She was also a DJ for 103.1 WLOQ and played with convention bands. In 2004, she returned to NY and now performs regularly jazz and rhythm and blues in NJ with The Soul Experience Band.

The doors open at 4:30 PM.  There is a $8 entertainment fee and a $25 minimum for food and drinks per person.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled set time, and reservations are highly encouraged.
