Bobby Harden, New York City’s most acclaimed soul singing sensation and lead singer of the Original Blues Brothers Band, and Atsushi-TOYA-Tokuya, pianist/arranger, with a rich career spanning over 100 Albums and numerous concert tours, have come together to perform the legendary Nat King Cole timeless Song Book.
Bobby Harden: As the frontman of the renowned Original Blues Brothers Band, Bobby Harden has graced stages alongside soul music titans like Solomon Burke, Eddie Floyd, Ben E. King, Lionel Richie, Robert Cray, Delbert McClinton, and Howard Tate. Previously the lead singer of the Uptown Horns Revue, Harden has earned his place among the legends of soul. His albums include Bridge of Love on Dala Records, River Of Soul, and Soul Purpose. Additionally, Harden contributed his talents to the Original Blues Brothers Band’s album “Last Shade of Blue before Black.”
Atsushi-TOYA-Tokuya: Hailing from Tokyo, Japan, TOYA is a talented composer, arranger, keyboardist, and producer. His prolific career spans over 100 album credits and countless tours with prominent Japanese artists. Since moving to New York City in 1991, TOYA has worked closely with icons such as Ben E. King, Dionne Warwick, Maxine Brown, and Chuck Jackson, often taking on roles as musical director and keyboardist. A trusted collaborator of Ben E. King, TOYA produced the late singer’s final album.
